Broken part? We remake it.
3D-printed spare parts, custom parts, and small batches — even without a CAD file.
Explained in 3D
From a broken part to a working spare.
That’s our process: capture the break, lock the geometry, remanufacture — no CAD file required.
1 · Broken
The original is broken — often that’s all we need as a starting point.

Process
Your spare part in four steps
01
Show the part
Photos, measurements, CAD, or the original — whatever you have is often enough.
02
We review
Feasibility, material selection, and CAD reconstruction if needed.
03
We manufacture
Printing, quality control, and clear documentation.
04
You receive it
Tracked shipping across Germany — fast and reliable.
Use cases
For individuals and businesses
No CAD file
No CAD file? No problem.
Many customers only have a broken original, photos, or rough measurements. We review, reverse-engineer if needed, and manufacture the part — including material choice and quality control.
- Photos or the original are enough to start
- CAD reconstruction when needed
- Material chosen for the use case

Reverse Engineering
- 1. Capture photos / measurements / original
- 2. Reconstruct CAD
- 3. Choose material & manufacture

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an STL file?+
No. Photos, measurements, or the original part are often enough to remake it.
Can I send in the broken part?+
Yes. After we agree, you can ship the original for inspection and measurement.
Which materials are available?+
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon, and carbon-reinforced options — depending on the use case.
How much does a spare part cost?+
Simple parts from about €25. CAD reconstruction and small batches are quoted individually.
How long does manufacturing take?+
Often a few business days after approval. Express available on request.
Can you produce multiple parts?+
Yes — from a single piece to small batches with volume pricing.
Which parts do you not make?+
Safety-critical parts (e.g. brakes, chassis, medical, gas, high pressure) only after manual review — otherwise declined.
Can a part be improved?+
Yes — for example stronger geometry or a better material when it makes sense.
How does reverse engineering work?+
We measure/design the part, choose the material, print and inspect — then ship or enable reorder.
